Why we need good people

We like to meet prospective customers and has a general chat about there lawn and what we can do. Connecting with prospective customers and finding out what they need is at the heart of getting things right from the start. We believe we need people who can chat and convert to new business, in a relaxed but focused way.

The primary responsibility for the sales rep is to sell in a residential environment. Sales activity is driven by knocking on residential homeowner's door's in a sales conversation.

Key responsibilities

• Knock on a minimum number of doors on a daily basis to meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals assigned.
• After obtaining consent, accurately measure homeowner's lawn and provide to each prospect a professional, individual lawn analysis and program sales recommendation, including extra services.
• Accurately complete all required paperwork. Leave behind approved allgardening sales and marketing pack.
• Make follow-up calls, as requested by prospective customer, on a daily basis.
• Sales reps must be able to consistently hit or exceed their sales goals. Consistency in performance is important.

Were looking for 

We're looking for highly motivated individuals who meet the following:

• Sales experience (+2years)
• Degree educated
• Valid driving license
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to lift 6kg, and stand or walk for 8-10 hours/day whilst pushing/ carrying lawn measuring equipment
• Access to reliable transportation for independent use during work hours
• Able and willing to work in various/ extreme weather conditions (8-10 hours per day)
• Ability to work in a team

Salary

We offer a competitive salary and an uncapped bonus OTE package start £25,000
