Responsibilities:

1. Community Engagement:

   • Develop and maintain strong relationships within the local community.
   • Attend local events, fairs, and networking opportunities to promote our lawn care services.
   • Act as a brand ambassador to increase our presence and visibility in the community.

2. Sales and Administration:

   • Drive sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our lawn care services to potential customers.
   • Conduct consultations and provide customised lawn care solutions.
   • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, invoicing, and customer communication.

3. Team Collaboration:

   • Work closely with the lawn care team to ensure seamless service delivery.
   • Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
   • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

4. Lawn Care Knowledge:

   • Utilise your existing knowledge of lawn care to guide and educate customers.
   • Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and best practices to enhance service offerings.

5. Social Media Management:

   • Leverage social media platforms to promote our brand and engage with the community.
   • Create compelling content, including tips, tutorials, and success stories, to showcase our expertise.
   • Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and feedback.

6. Coaching and Instruction:

   • Conduct workshops and training sessions for customers on lawn care best practices.
   • Provide ongoing guidance and support to customers to help them achieve their lawn care goals.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales and administration experience.
• Knowledge of lawn care practices and products.
• Strong social media presence and proficiency in social media management.

Location 

While our ‘official’ registered office is in Harrogate, we all work remotely across different locations. We have regular team working-together days in both Harrogate and London, so you would need to live/work somewhere reasonably accessible to one or more of these locations.
