84: Growing starts gradually

I wanted to share something that I think is obvious to those of us who work outside, but less obvious to indoor folk, the growing of a lawn starts long before it needs a cut.

Which means, you could take a little more care of the lawn a little earlier that you think and it will deliver a wonderful surprise.

A lawn that's been cared for throughout winter, and into early spring will be spectacular come the heart of spring time.

Getting ahead is something I'm always encouraging people to think about, I even tell my children that it's a good thing to think about.

Because being ahead is far easy and more fun than being behind.
